چکیده

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between massification in housing development and entrepreneurial business. From the point of view of the purpose of this research, it is an applied research and from the point of view of how to collect and analyze the data, it is descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of the research includes ۲۰۰ experts and specialists in the field of housing in Pardisan town of Qom city, of which ۱۲۷ people were selected based on simple random stratified sampling using Morgan’s table. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and the model analysis was done with the structural equation modeling method and PLS software. The findings of this research indicate the existence of a positive and significant effect of mass housing on entrepreneurial business
